Privacy statement PraeCell® survey

This statement explains how Health, Science & Nutrition handles the answers to the survey “Your experience with PraeCell®”. The survey is anonymous: we do not ask for your name, email address or any other information that could be used to identify you.

What data do we collect?

We only collect the answers you fill in yourself in the survey. This covers:

• your use of PraeCell® and how you got to know the product
• your experience with ordering, delivery and service
• your interest in support and communication
• your suggestions and your overall satisfaction

You do not need to log in, and we do not ask for a name or contact details. In the open questions, please preferably do not enter any information that could identify you.

Why do we use your answers?

We use the answers to improve PraeCell® and our services, for example the ordering process, the information we provide and possible forms of support.

Your participation is voluntary. We process your answers on the basis of your consent, which you give by completing and submitting the survey. We only look at the results as a group, never per person. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them on.

Who has access to the answers?

Only the HS&N staff who analyse the results, and the partners who help us with this:

• Microsoft provides the Microsoft Forms platform used to run the survey. The data is stored in Microsoft’s data centres within the European Union.
• The Foundry helps us set up and analyse the survey.

These partners work on our behalf and may not use the data for any other purpose. We do not pass your answers on to other third parties.

How long do we keep the answers?

We keep the individual answers for up to 12 months after the survey closes. After that, we delete them. Only the summarised results, in which no one can be identified, are kept longer.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Because the survey is anonymous, we usually cannot trace your answers afterwards. For any question, send an email to info@health-science.be.
